What digital content can you takedown?
We work with a range of content including but not limited too; pictures/images, videos, eBooks, digital artwork, software, applications, music, movies, films and much more. Basically if you created it and someone is giving it away for free, sharing it or profiting off your work, we can take it down.
Do you work with Onlyfans and content creators?
Yes we do. Whatever content you create we can work with - as long as it's legal within New Zealand and United States.
Couldn't I just do this myself?
Yes you could however to submit a DMCA request requires providing your full name, address and other personal information which is then available on the public domain for all to see. We keep it anonymous, no one will know it was you that requested the DMCA removal or takedown. This is what you are paying for - security.
Further it's likely you will constantly have issues with your content being shared online, thus you may need to block 100s of links on a regular basis - doing this yourself is very time consuming and frustrating, so let us handle it for you and protect your copyrighted works.
Do you block via search or remove from the source too?
We can do both, our default plans remove from search engines such as Google, Bing and social media sites. This stops people finding the content however to go further removing from the source is the best option. Where available we will contact web hosts, domain registrars and payment providers to disrupt the content pirates sharing your work.
What do you need from me?
We need original content links - this may require giving us a trial account or access to view your content, software, download, images/video etc. If you aren't doing it already we will recommend you copyright your work with a digital watermark for any future content as this makes DMCA removal much easier to prove.
If you already have a list of links that we should takedown, then you can submit these to us, else we'll find them ourself and compile a report before starting work on protecting your content.
How do I protect myself from copyright thieves/pirates?
Anything uploaded to the internet is at risk of being copied or pirated - unfortunately. To protect yourself you need to embed digital footprints that can prove you were the original creator. This is often a watermark that can't be removed - for example a watermark in the bottom right screen can be overwritten by cropping it out - the watermark needs to be fairly central. Further for video content or software, a hardcoded watermark or footprint is the best option. - Talk to us about the best way to protect yourself.

How is billing handled?
Due to the nature of our work, payment is upfront as once it's removed we can't leverage anyway to encourage an overdue or late payment which believe it or not is very common. Unfortunately there are no refunds however if we are unable to remove any links or content at all, you are entitled to a full refund.

We promise to take down all links that are submitted and approved by us prior to work starting. If a link is unlikely to be removed we'll let you know in advance. If we're unable to remove links after saying we can then we'll work on them for as long as it takes or refund you in full.
